Step by step (It,s solution worked 100%)

1. (from the computer) Create new account on https://account.samsung.com (from which we will not forget the login and password) and confirm it by mail
2. do everything according to the instructions from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=****PrJ3MhY, stop it at 4:17 on the installation of the QuickShortcutMaker program. Install Quickshortcutmaker

4. In the "Settings" go to "Factory reset" next "Data Reset" click "Delete All" and enter a new account
