Hello guys,
I have an issue here:
I have R765T (which doesn't really matter) in Wireless download - AP Mode,
I connect my PC to watch AP,
I get the following message "Connection refused (111) : failed to connect".

Please let me know what to do.

On the third attempt on another PC (with turned off firewall),
even it was showing on the watch "111 connection refused", after a little while i started netOdin and the watch appeared as connected.
I flashed combination file and removed RL from R765T.

I see SM-R765A...

IMHO US LTE Frontier from ATT...

So you MANDATORY need SM-R765A Combination Firmware.

"We" have this Firmware as confirmed:
