I HAVE TRY TO REPAIR MY SAMSUNG IMEI NULL NULL WITH LAST UPDATE 20.2 BUT ALLWAYS GET THAT ERROR:

i9500 firmware you need use.

from your log i see phone modem not work
hardware problem or software.
try reflash to be sure.
