cannot conect this phone.
i tried also with press and hold * button, but not help. drivers are installed...
can any body help please?

Selected model: S3572
Selected port: COM3 Z3X Serial Port
Selected port speed: 921600
Connect phone and press power button
Timeout
Done with Samsung Tool v.15.1

sorry i have samsung 3572 not 3570

use uart cable
just press and hold down the power button till it enters download mode
