samsung gt-s5839i unlock( super user false)

i root with update zip and phone also show super user icon but when i try to unlock with latest 13.1 version always checking super user access false then software try root itself and also failed. phone version 2.3.6. help me

sorry no have logs in logs folder i think latest version not copy logs automatically.

one thread in z3x succesfully root with update.zip. on my phone also show a SU icon but software told root false then software try manual root also false . i think may be problem on that firmware on phone. any idea rooting that phone without flashing??? locked to hutch 3 UK

so my friend .all who wants to unlock s5839i version 2.3.6

on the last samsung tool 13.1

he must rooting his phone manual with this root

place it into sd card

turn off your phone and put ist into download mode

after that .choose UPDATE ROOT

when you are finich for rooting your phone

the last thing do a full unlock on Z3X

i update this file with lot of times with changing 3 micro SD card without no problem SU icon also in phone. but still checking super user false. i think may be my phone firmware not supported rooting with update. zip

your root files are not good for this model thats why u can't unlock it . ive contacted you on yahoo.i'll help you with files

This work perfect. But after put root in MMC you mist put in hard reset mode , not in download mode , and select root from MMC.

yes i also face the same problem here and this is my first face it because always root it manually and unlock without any problem but this time after root super user fail.it try install throw the icon inside phone have this: " there is no SU binary installed,and superSU cannot install it.this is a problem". how to solve this problem? i try more than 04 version of universal root file inside memory card but still can't get super user authorization.may be firmware version is the problem.

In this case, you might flash s5830i software (not s5830 !!!!!), I tested it and it worked, after you go back to any s5839i firmware.

Believe me, that works when usual root files fail.

It's booooooring...
the fast way to unlock this bird is to use one zip file to root your phone (search in forum) go in recovery menu, root your phone and unlock with your software, DO NOT UPDATE/REFLASH or another ******.

Maybe it's boooooring as you say, but root.zip or update.zip don't work on some set...

So when you face this issue, think about what I say, and to be sure check xda forums, maybe you'll see this is not so stupid as you think.
