samsung i-497 unlock help

i am having samsung i497 at&t i want to unlock this phone will any one help to unlock this

Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to Calculator application.
6. Enter "(+30012012732+" number, to get phone dial window.
i follwed this step but i am not geting any dial pad will any one plse help me to solve this problem

hi you can not press the + button first on calculater i can press on end but not first what to do?
