select modem option then make screen shot then post here
one thing this phone also supported qart(com)
did u try unlock via uart cable

inside log phone should switch to flash mode and flash drivers should be installed. check in device manage or flash devices there.
repeat few times. may be problem in slow detection new device.

If you have phone yet. you need to reinstall moden when z3x is searching for samsung mode...

Thanks for the advice, following your steps I "disabled" the modem and enabled it again...

I can confirm. If searching fails, simply go to your Device Manager and right click the Samsung Modem, then click disable. Then click Z3x and you will see it working - you do NOT have to enable the modem again. Simply disable the Samsung modem and it will work.
