ok for others that cant figure it out. if you have an att i747 s3 on 4.3 MJB bootloader and are getting the "Reading security... error access denied" when unlocking all you have to do is make sure your phone is rooted and has supersu installed with the KNOX security disabled ( it asks you when you run supersu for the first time if you want to disable it). then connect your phone to the z3x box ( i did usb cable not the 3300k cable) and like stated before you repair the imei using your imei from the back but make sure the repair network and repair efs setting are ticked. after it resets once and when it finishes the repair i manually rebooted again. afterwards i put my tmobile sim and boom it was unlocked!

i actually put a different imei just to make sure it worked the first time and then redid the imei repair with my correct imei, thats how i figure it out..

First *#7284# -> MODEM and in the same menu go Qualcomm USB Settings and choose DM + MODEM + ADB. Connect phone with UART Cable

in z3x use T999 ase model!

ok guys here's what you have to do...

make sure the phone is rooted

first, dial *#7284#

set your phone to PDA

Second,

dial *#0808#

set your phone to dm+modem+adb

connect with USB, NOT UART !

go into samsung tool and set the model to T999

go into repair, repair the network and EFS, and change your IMEI

click ok, and let it do it's thing..

after it reboots the phone, it will show no network.

reboot manually after it is fully booted.

UNLOCKED !!!
