Use J 750 cable
Switch on the phone
Press unlock button
connect phone

But its not working..try almost 50 time with two pc...

dl older version like 12.1 and retry, seems there are bugs in 12.5

i also tried with old version too..i thing some thing wrong in hardware therefore i return the fone to customer...
