Did you try this ways....
install z3x Ver.20.5, and reset phone with this Code: *2767*3855#
after that connect power on phone on z3x with 'samsung mode' by selecting in setting,and type under dial pad this*#197328640# after follow like this: common -> usb config -> Samsung mode,Now
click on unlock.
