samsung i9003 strange problem


Samsung i9003 incoming call problem, i flash this phone but same problem,even after flash this this phone user data not delete, i trying many way but problem not solve.please help me.

i have they same problem...in galaxy s I9003..(i already flashed it in odin)...,i just want to reset the mass memory...,i tried to make hard reset and manual deleting also the app. and others files on it..after i restart my phone..same problem..can any one have a better idea about it...thnx in adv.
