samsung i9100 unlock problem

hi i tried to unlock this model i9100 but it dint work i get errors below

i unlock with this method today
1)root the phone
2)simpley open z3x and select phone com port
3)unlok (root) or read codes (roots)

i think better first downgrade to 2.3.3 and root with CF
And try read code(root) with z3x

and i think better change comport of modem between 10--20
