first you need fix efs. then you can repair imei.

2) odin 1.85

i download 4 files from support site

1) CODE_I9250XX_JRO03C_signed.tar
2) MODEM_I9250XXLF1_REV_00_CL1159741.tar
3) PROXIMA_BOOTLOADER_LC03.tar
4) PARTTITION-TABLE-0915.pit

any other files required for flashing??????

in 99% UNKNOWN BASEBAND is hardware problem

Both are safe for flashing use the right firmware for ur phone and then root the phone and after write efs and then rapair the imei and the baseband

try this setup

This version root not passible first downgrade Ur phone to 4.1.1
Repair efs with z3x
After repair efs chaek phone imei 049.... its mean Ur phone efs repair OK
If imei still null than go to next setup
Take riff do repair efs again
Check imei 049.. its mean Ur phone repair OK
If still imei null Go to h/w
Change RF ic its final

About root 4.1.1 check this video
