I have tried to flash i9500 with z3x box but failed,

Yes, with many firware but failed

try to flash other firmwere your problem 100% solved

Make sure you aren't downgrading the firmware.

Also , It may be a hardware problem.
You can also try your luck with JTAG.

yu re using low version .yu already hav new version bootloader tats y wen yu flash vit old version multi file firmware vit bootloader gtting sboot.bin error flash single file 4.4.2 firmware or 4.4.2 multi file firmware .
