its clearly showing you have downgrade modem to unlock , flash with modem only & unlock again , if face any other problem like blinking after modem flash ,first try with hard reset if not success then full flash the phone with lower , if face problem please post result

flash with older version & full flash the phone , then unlock , if problem persist please share log
