H have tried all solutions in web to repair IMEI of J320F but no issue
IMEI blank
S/N OK
Any solution please ?

Try this:
Make sure the mobile Rooted
1. Off the OEM
2. Repair Z3X
---- Suppose to be after repair, the phone looping on FPR Block
3. Flash (Original Firmware)

That's all guys , don't forget to ON it the OEM and Root it again after that
