reboot in recovery and check if there is a red lines there ..

flash using odin then phone will be fine except for imei which you can repair using z3x.

You have to flash EFS tar file not a FW ..
download this file extract it and flash it using odin as PDA or AP ..

and pls check model in Z3X .. You are trying to flash N7100 over N7000.
