Hello,
i've Samsung N7100 imei Null/Null & basebande unknown.
there is no ticket behind the phone under battery to read imei.

pllllllllllz how to solve this problem

you need SPT box
put your phone in download mode
then select model then select modem com port
then click restore efs data.

Thanks Bro for your help,but restore EFS button is disabled.
just reset default EFS & change region buttons are enabled.
