I have Samsung n910a cannot factory reset MDM does not allow factoryReset.any help please

You have to give the sais wipe the service mode and then funcionoa nitido and loads the certificate without root.

1- on dial * # 9090 #
2- press menu then enter Q
3- back press menu, then menu and key input precionar 0000
4-wait a couple of seconds, it then appears one menu
5- selecionar EU SETTINGS & INFO, SYSTEM, BACKUP TEST NV, ERASE ALL EFS1 / 2/3 and Select YES.

To remove the phone like this that says restarting null null imei, low kingo root apk program.
