Samsung Protool 28.8.1 issue - GSM-Forum

After these update in the last week I got a Problem :-

any Operation I do, like Read Info or Unlock ..... ect
it needs about 30 second to start the operation then start
I tryed to re install the Samsung Protool but no help-

I use this Computer long time now. did not face this problem with any other tool before.

Windows 10 64bit
CPU i5
RAM 16GB

last update have errors, unlock j710m, error write imei, j111m, write imei error,
