Use media + camera patch and phone will have network 3g network available in your location.

i think you try flash with more early flash file.
downgrade not posible. so check you flash file, which you try flash.

i flash new version w file 730SCID2_camera_media_patch

but said bad answer the phone firmware is 730SCID2.crp
