Selected model: S5360
Selected port: COM4 USB Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
File analysis... OK
Total file size: 0x0E917698
Searching USB Flash Interface... not found
Done with Samsung Tool v.18.3

Plz me i tried on different mobile but in every mobile same problem

Check Usb Port of Pc
Change Slot and Also Check usb cable at this time you Using
Almost This Problem Related From Usb Charjing Jack but You Saying U Also Check on other mobile
Which O.S. You Used?

Your USB Cable is faulty , replace the cable.

tried on many cables but problem is same ..i think this is driver issue correct me if i m wrong

did u put phone into download mode?

its seems not and thats why is not recognized

Try to connect phone directly to the motherboard , Only if you are connecting phone with any hub / front USB ports.

Otherwise It maybe due to bad USB Port on Motherboard / Corrupted drivers on OS.

You should try by formatting your PC / correcting drivers first.

what do you want to do the unit,you want it to flash or unlock.,?if you want it to flash then put it in downloadmode,but if need to unlock try to check the settings, if already in usb debbuging mode.

or update all your drivers,install new samung kies.
