how to unlock this phone WITHOUT LOOSING ANY DATA, i know how to unlock this with hard reset, but i want unlock withouT loosing any data with Z3X BOX

you can't unlock google without lossing data from phone

You've got to try with other solutions, take a look on asansam/asangsm section to check if this model is covered by their unlock pattern option.

yes brother your right, asansam is support for this types of ANDROID PHONE problems.

SAME PROBLEM any one can make a .zip image to flash in recovery to delete lock screen
