please help me to unlock this phone, problem is cannot install the usb driver

Some samsung phone have new boot and you must check "samsung mode" not "qualcum mode"

i try this one... no luck..

1.Press code *#782872#
2.Then connect phone to usb cable
3. usb device not recognized.............

1. Power on phone.
2. Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Qualcomm mode
3. Connect USB cable, setup drivers.
4. Choise qualcomm diagnostic port in port settings.
5. Choise unlock method: Read codes or Direct.
6. Press Unlock SP button.

I can't install - nothing for understanding,
if you want help - post screnshots of exactly problem.

anyway drivers of device - its not z3x issure. its problem between windows and phone.
