Hi People Can I downgrade Samsung S8+ G955U Sprint from G955USQU1AQD9 To G955USQU1AQC9.

yes u can dowgrad without any problem use lates odin or z3x in flash

Simple I do not have same latest custom ROM and for unlock I was used Eng root and in the start we can see some information not normal in starter boot.

You can safely downgrade firmware. The only thing you have to lookout is the bootloader version. G955USQU1, you can flash any firmware as long as it has that 1 in there. Once it jumps to number 2 like G955USQU2, then downgrade isn't possible since you updated the bootloader
