Samsung SGH- I727R Can't unlock

Hi there,
anybody help I try to unlock my phone Samsung SGH- I727R but I can't unlock the phone, I select com 16 and press unlock but nothing happens, phone not detected, when i press info phone detected.

My phone running Adriod ver 2.3.5

1. Enter code *#7284# - select phone usb.
2. Enter code *#9090# - select 1.

Then select diag port and unlock

Did you try with USB and RJ45 cable?...

I used samnsung 12.1 version for i727r ( rogers canada )

with usb cable I got ACCES DENIED
