samsung SM-A500FU firmware upgrade issue - GSM-Forum

i was trying to upgrade samsung A500FU after google lock; i used A500FUXXU1ANL6_A500FUEVR1ANL3_A500FUXXU1ANL5_HOME. tar.md5 which is new upgrade of samsung android 4.4.4, but downloading donot completed, phone say that ext4 too big and now phone only start on download screen mode

Flash pit file for you model.

If phone reboot on logo, perform also wipe data and wipe cache from recovery

i am trying to use complete firmware (PDA, modem, csc and boot) you think it can solve that issue? or i should only use pit file and re-partition ticked?

Flash only pit file, withouth ticking "repartition"...

Should work...

here your pit file. if have infomation of phone file region then try to flash same region flash file.

but phone alway lock on samsung account and customer dont know it account
please how to solve it

You can't solve this situation. If reactivation lock is enabled, the only way is to have login data.
