Now this phones root was possible but people don't share it because they said if we share it so samsung can patched the root but they SELL those files for hundreds of dollars $$

I don't know what is the thinkning of those people because if they sell it so samsung can also buy it for hundreds of dollars and then samsung can patch it also

Dude why you think otg cable don't work on newer updates cause it was posted public and Samsung patched it, this is why files don't go public and you have to buy

Sorry but my main question is that if Samsung want to improve their product's security so they don't wait for it to publicly shared but they also buy this root from some person and patch the root on new firmware

You dont need to downgrade or root .
You just need flash firmware COMBINATION_ATT_FA50_G920AUCU5APK2_ATT5APK2 .
After flashing open dialler , type *#0808# , activate DM+ACM+ADB .
Open z3x samsung tool pro 27.7 , select port and push reed codes button .
Congratulation , you get net lock code .
Flash latest samsung firmware , for example G920A_UCS5DPK5_ATT5DPK5 .
You have neverlock SM-G920A .
