samsung T399n 4.4.2 unlock problem

hi guys,

I unlocked samsung T399n 4.4.2 by flashed twrp-2700-gardaltetmo and then flashed supersu using twrp update-supersu-214. the phone is unlocked and works perfect but I factory reset the phone to see if the phone still unlock.
Now, the phone has no signal. It displays "no service" every time I put in an active sim card. So, how can I fix this. Please help me out. thanks
