Samsung T589R IMEI -> 0000 After Reading Codes

It was fine with Samsung 3G Tool v10.9, did one phone no problem. Now upgraded to Samsung Tool v11.3, and after successfully reading code, I restart the phone with wrong SIM card inside, I find the phone is already unlocked but IMEI is 0000. Here's the log.
