Many fought for the attempts to help the client Z3x it really makes all the difference, not enough to be a good tool.

Still does not work.
the program can not detect the device.

Thanks for the update. However, I installed the new 15.4 update and there are no phone setup instructions for the new phones added. The help button is greyed out. Am I missing something. Thanks!

1st devices can be detected only for few seconds. so in device manage wrong device - not flash mode.
2nd - no need choise ANY PORT.!!

just choise model, press start , then switch phone to flash mode.
