Yes, SM-G350L is not in the 18.8 list.

Please add Read/Write Cert in G350L & I8260L

Right, this is not in the list of models...

About cert, is not possible to read from Qualcomm phones. So if the phones has Quacomm processor, only write cert is possible (when it be supported obviously)
