Just read one post above.. "AT RIL" fixed in new versions, 21.0 onward.
Remember that v20.5 is a beta version, if you want use final release and future updates, you need to buy/activate Samsung Tool PRO. http://gsmserver.es/item/credits-and...ro-activation/

PD. Remember too that you have to "reset msl" before repair imei.

First reset MSL. And more important, try to use PRO software latest version.
