i canot read any cert file except Qualcomm is OK by any version of Z3X PRO

phone like N910S etc rooted all is ok driver etc also i can read EFS

when i chose read cert nothing happen at all if i wait 20 minutes or more always the same

the process dos not start just read phone and stop at this

please clear for me if something wrong or need tricks or something special
