Question Samsung tool - phone not found


Hi,

I got my Z3X box GPG with Samsung Pre-Activation .
I have followed the instuctions and installed drivers.
I have downloaded Samsung tool and drivers and installed them.
When I connect my I9100 via USB und hit READ INFO I get folowing message:
Code:
Searching Samsung USB Modem... Not Found
Done with Samsung Tool ver 12.2
when hitting UNLOCK I get:
Code:
Starting ADB Server... OK
Phone Not Found
Done with Samsung Tool ver 12.2
because Win XP reports Unknown Device although I have USB debugging enabled.
When I disconnect USB cable from Z3X box and connect it directly to the notebook the phone is properly recognized.
Can you please tell me how to fix this issue?

Now Kies is installed and com port (Z3X Box Serial) is selected.
But same problem .

You must install proper drivers for your phones.
You need adb drivers you can find on support, let them fully install even if it seems quite long.
If installation stucks at a time, disconnect then reconnect your phone.
When properly installed and phone fully recognized you won't face this issue anymore.
