Where to get MSL Code?

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Unlocking with original MSL code:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+ACM+ADB'.
3. Run dialer and type *#0*# (service mode will apear).
4. Connect the phone to USB cable, choose correct COM port in port settings.
5. Press 'Unlock' button.
6. Paste MSL code in new opened window and press 'OK'.

Reading codes using sever:
Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Select device in ADB settings.
5. Press 'Read Codes via server' button, write your login and password in window if it will apear.
(Login and password will be saved as default after first input and can be changed in settings.)

keeps asking for code after reboot

If restart after code entered mean your phone is in real G950T and someone write firmware from G950U1 and becouse this you got this problem, G950T is not supported to unlock becouse got additional security with t-mobile aplication.
