UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Unlocking with original MSL code:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+ACM+ADB'.
3. Run dialer and type *#0*# (service mode will apear).
4. Connect the phone to USB cable, choose correct COM port in port settings.
5. Press 'Unlock' button.
6. Paste MSL code in new opened window and press 'OK'.

Reading codes using sever:
Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Select device in ADB settings.
5. Press 'Read Codes via server' button, write your login and password in window if it will apear.
(Login and password will be saved as default after first input and can be changed in settings.)

i got this error twice which the same device and i got charged twice--- please advise because when i put in the sim card says invaild sim but nothing pops up for putting in code-- I see it didnt read serial number#-- please advise what to do.

Not the Knox app, but the Knox flag when you put the phone in download mode.
Press Home + Vol- + Power which shows the Knox Flag on top in really small letters.
If it's Knox flag: 1 then you can't unlock.
