I read unlock codes via servers but when i try to unlock the phone says unable to unlock sim service provider, tried all codes Network lock, SP, Freeze code , non works

Same with me i updated last night with another computer that was OK I can't with this computer so there must be something wrong i can't download from the website either.

Pls whatis wrong as I try reading code on a s8+ but software saying I should update and I did already no update available and after says password incorrect I never had these issues before it read info and credit and code well and I still used it 2 days ago
