hi guys if you want to unlock this model with z3x do this :
To connect SGH-T899M phone you have to perform the following
steps:
1. Disconnect cable from phone.
2. Go to dial window.
3. Enter ##634# number.
4. Input *#7284# code.
5. Select "QC RmNetComposite" option.
6. Press "OK" button.
7. Wait until phone restart.

8.connect to pc then install drivers !

9. choose on Z3X model SGH-I317 then choose Selected port: COM81xx Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9001
Software version: 25.2

Then click unlock and see its done

Reading phone info...
Reading IMEI... OK
IMEI: 3543410501*******
Unlocking... OK
Reseting... OK
Unlock done

I am trying step 3 ( Enter ##634# number) but not getting in. Do I need to have original SIM in the phone for it to work? Dial screen only comes if I select emergency call

Turns out, you must have the original SIM in before you can access hidden menu.

Micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'.
3. Type *#9090# and choose USB (or 'DM/DUN over HSIC').
4. Reboot phone.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers if needed.
6. Select Samsung diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock.

Selected port: COM131 Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9001
Software version: 34.0
