UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Unlocking with original MSL code:
Warning! Knox warranty must be active (0x00)!
If you have it voided (0x01(void)), then you can't unlock this phone with MSL.
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+ACM+ADB'.
3. Run dialer and type *#0*# (service mode will apear).
4. Connect the phone to USB cable, choose correct COM port in port settings.
5. Press 'Unlock' button.
6. Paste MSL code in new opened window and press 'OK'.

Reading codes using sever:
1. Power on the phone.
2. Tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options',
go to 'Settings'-'Developer options' and enable 'USB debugging'.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Select device in ADB settings.

i reinstalled my box drivers, downloaded latest 3.0.2.2

customer just left couldnt wait anymore what to do i have tried everything, does it need to have a tmo sim or non tmo sim, or no sim inside anything helps please

no need sim.
did you try update firmware?
did you try use other cable?
did you try other usb port?

the update is good but if you need to use credit for direct unlocking than the phone should not ask for root. i hope in next update it will be fixed for all samsung phones that we have direct unlock via server(using credits)
