Yeah it's really not supposed to use up more credits if trying to re-unlock the same phone on the same IP. I don't think it should even check for IP, since checking for the same imei should be enough. If your IP happens to change within a few minutes then you get charged again, which suks (hate to misspell but this forum doesn't like sucking... ha-ha).

You're absolutely right. I have said this before multiple times and the Product Manager, Blang, refuses to believe it and says it won't charge again on same IP, same IMEI, phone SN. Well it does still charge for every calculation it does and multiple people has said they lost credits it including myself.

Fix this in your next update please, BillA makes a good suggestion. Make it based on IMEI so server doesn't calculate/charges the 2nd and or 3rd time.
