YESTERDAY I TRY TO READ CODE SM-J250F THE SOFTWARE HANGED AT SERVER RESPOND SO I REMOVE THE PHONE AND TRY AGAIN SO I GOT MY 5 CREDIT LOST AND THE PHONE STILL LOCKED.

You better make samsung tool pro yearly activable something like 100$ or more but to have things for free... Cause i don't have time or money on my card everytime to charge with credits...

answer is simple like blanq said:

they using original samsung server for it. looks like they have insiders who work there, and they can sign cert using rsa key which never will public.

If you will got error with J250F, just refresh latest firmware and do master reset and then repeat. Many phones have problem because of playing with downgrade modem/firmware.
