i dont get accesses to firmware, in samsung tool pro, the firmware dosent appear and when i open the shell i can see the sofware but when i do doble click nothing happends

Try flashing a combi modem only then unlock.
If it still fails then flash a full combi, unlock then reflash with full stock.

To those who are constantly nagging about cert patch, well it's about 5-10 years too late in the game, due to the high encryption employed in most newer phones, especially QCom. Cert write should work for now which is CPID/HWID locked (so you can't just read it out of another phone and write it to yours) but have to buy it, and it costs more than most customer are willing to pay. lol
