DO NOT POST CREDITS REFUND REQUEST ON FORUM. ALL CREDITS ISSUE CAN BE DONE ONLY VIA EMAIL.

All credits issue can be solved only by email direct and fast!!

1.Phone don't accept code - problem can be that phone are not fresh or after downgrade.
Just refresh phone to last firmware and do master reset and phone will accept code. Phone will accept codes.
P.S. NETWORK PUK code = freez code.
also check may be phone TMB with not original firmware.

2. Credits charged twice for same phone: - can happens if ip changed or other issue.
Please don’t worry about duplicate credits using for same phone. Duplicate credits using will be refunded anyway.

3. While unlock happens error, credits taken, phone not unlocked, customer on from on me. - problem can be that phone
are not fresh or after downgrade, cable problem, drivers problem or internet timeout. The fast way just repeat unlock using same IP , same card.
If any double credits taken happens, nothing to worry, Duplicate credits using will be refunded anyway.
Just send email about credits issue: sales @z3x-team.com
with phone SN, LOGS, LOGIN. Before send email, check again credits using history to avoid time wasting.

4. Error while unlock/ credits not taken. Can be problems likes: New security phone,not supported phone, problem with drivers, cable. Please post all details about issue on forum with logs.

Much for that I buy samsung NCK. (In certain regions and 9 out of 10, I am successfully)

Anyway, I'm going to buy credit for the tenth.

Cool but I wish we can have minimal amounts of pack. Like $35 for 25 credit. Some of us are starters. I may have a phone to unlock but considering paying $70 at once is kinda heavy. This will be less burden if we have at least 3 of the phones to unlock. Please cut the package into half too. I love to get the credit for future use. In my country, dollars value use to be $1 = N150 but now it is 1$ = N400. The exchange rate made it very difficult for Nigerian.

According my calculation to unlock one phone will cost N2,800 or N5,600
