my box working in shell good , samsung tool working good but samsung tool pro "programme damaged" error show.......... what is the problem and how can i solve it

i bought a replacement sim card for my z3x box but i found that the old ones not activate in the new sim card
serial number of sim sim card AADD022E
serial number of new sim card AAA08FD5

the best way is this:

1. first connect another dongle to your pc

2. go to shell select "hardware wizard" then you can see "reapir dead card" selected

3. click on Next now see "alcer micro card ...."

4. at this time eject dongle smart card and put Z3X smart card

note: don't eject dongle entirely only only smart card

5. after that click on Next button

6. you can see firmware upgraded

7. done

- then after сhoice repair, immediately put card back and do repair.

to obtain information on the old serial number of the old smart card damaged behind the box there is a label applied with a bar code to the usb port of the z3x box.

now wiew the option of repair card damaged
click in next
now connect la dongle with la card
next to all
wait repair card
full of card of new.
