hello z3x team , I have problem with opening the samsung tool pro software it keeps saying program damaged, yesterday I have installed flexihub for another purposes but z3x did block my card, is there any way to fix the problem or I have to buy new smart card ? thanks in advance

If you have problem - Program Damaged while running software.

1. Try clean SMARTCARD pins. Try use other reader for SMARTCARD. Try reinstall drivers. Try use other PC.
same problem then.

2. Disconnect all other boxes, dongles and try use function repair dead card:
- If function not allowed, remove smart card before goto window with repair dead card function
- then after сhoice repair, immediately put card back and do repair.
same problem then.

3. If BOX under warranty - ask reseller for replace.

4. If BOX not under warranty, and last time box using was not more than 6month, and you have damaged card in hands - buy empty card and we will replace activation to new card.

Just send email with SN old and new card: sales @z3x-team.com

Hi! i buy it Z3X full activated but 2 days later gave me this error "programmed damaged" when try it to fix whith shell not able to fix this, always show new shell available but not download anything, i downloaded latest shell from your website but show same error again and again, im very frustrated but 2 days later box is screwed and able to use again... thanks i need fix this

Gooday all of a sudden my z3x shows program damaged I've reinstalled software formatted pcs done everything possible still no success don't know if you can shift activation to other dongle coz I have another dongle not activated on Samsung pro and my present dongle has all activation pro, LG and some z3$ credit

Sir need ur help,, I erroneously activated LG instead of Samsung Pro Activation now I need help in this regard to solve the issue customer is getting angry.

Box Seriel number is AADA7EC6.

I have a problem in a long time card remove with z3x box

Now two days ago a new problem start with my z3x
Program damaged��
I have install new windows also change laptop to desktop pc
CARD change to another empty box but problem still same
Program damaged or Samsung toolpro suddenly close when software try to open.
Z3x shell show info ok also old setup 19.x open ok
Mr.Blang please help me I'm worry about it

Hello Z3x Team, pls I have this issue with my box I just activated it to pro 3 months ago but when ever I opened the pro I just see the ”Programme Damaged” I have try all what should be try to get it work but I still can’t makre it work either pls do I need to buy another box and give you the serial no so as to transfer the pro activation on it pls I don’t want to loose woefully. Thanks in advance.
