samsung unlock problem - GSM-Forum

hi friends,
i want to unlock z170 via qualcomm mode, the drivers are installed correctly but the samsung tool in port settings doesn't show the port on which it is installed. it happens with all the models that i wan't to unlock via usb.
i have uninstalled the shell and samsung tool but the problem remains.
thanks in advance for your help.

Samsung mode method (2in1 cable):
1. Power on phone.
2. Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Samsung mode
3. Connect 2in1 cable, setup drivers.
4. select port of RJ45 connector in port settings
5. select Read codes or direct.
6. Press sp Unlock

i think you didnt understand me. i cant unlock any phone(qualcomm mode) that can only be unlocked by usb, because in port settings not appear the port where it is installed.
