hi, i download the qualcomm tool, but have the "error: card not found" problem, i heard i need to buy the card? correct?

but for now, i just want to change back the settings, so i can connect my phone to my pc, how to change back? please help.

Common is on number 8 but I don't see Usb Switch info and Polling mode. And where to download this software?
