SCH-I545 5.0.1 Verizon error(0)

just want to know if whats the problem on SCH-I545 version 5.0.1 locked on VERIZON...

tried to unlock it to different version of z3x but always error...


i have done rooting the phone,

i have done enable cp logging in recovery,

used the code ##366633# to enable DM Mode,

but all is same...not UNLOCKEd...

I could be wrong, but I think i545 doesn't need to be unlocked on gsm networks, you just have to be sure you're on GLOBAL MODE. If it doesn't appear that option, reflash to other firmware.

it says your sim is not from verizon and my network settings is set to GLOBAL...by the way thanks

You are right. The i545 Galaxy S4 belongs to Verizon and it is factory GSM unlocked. It is always recommended to set the network to "GSM" if the phone is going to be used in a GSM network.

The phone will always say that the SIM is not from Verizon because you are NOT actually using a SIM from Verizon but this does not mean that the phone phone is locked. Click on the "SIM is not from Verizon" message until the apps appears. Then click on "Force to Stop" so that the message would not longer show (It will show back if the phone is restarted). Again, It is always recommended to set the network to "GSM" if the phone is going to be used in a GSM network. Also, you need to set up you APN setting to configure your internet setting depending on your service provider.
