SCL23 No Service - GSM-Forum

hatDear Blang sir im faced one issue on this phone. SCL23 Network Problem
im searching solution this forum but not solution in there.
Problem Create
Phone Properly running in 4.4.2 version then Updated 6.0 then phone network gone then i downgrade 4.4.2 and still no service, when simcard inserted and go to Mobile Networks it said Insert SIM card to access network services.

Android 4.4.2
Baseband SCL23KDU1BNG3
IMEI 99000448744840

What can i do sir pls help
